It’s Monday With Joshua & Kerrie . . . Let It Be

It’s Monday!

Monday is our day to ramp it up and renew an element of living.  *We recommend this practice for individuals, couples, and families as well as organizations.  This practice serves who we are and what we do.

This week our conversation at the table is about the value of living without the toxicity of worry and anxiety.

“Let it be.”

There’s a pattern of worry and anxiety in our culture.  The best practice is to choose to learn from situations and then let it be.

Worry and anxiety replace peace, making it difficult to navigate  through any and all circumstances.  It’s been made clear since the ancient days that worry and anxiety is not to be our response to the circumstances of the day:

Do not worry.”  (It’s what Jesus said.

This means we are to “let it be.”

These three words may be familiar to you if you know of the iconic Beatles who sang the “words of wisdom” in the song, “Let It Be.”

The thing is . . . these two sets of three words . . . are worth repeating when worry or anxiety begin to take precedence.

Best Advice

  • Do not worry.  Let It Be.  (These words are wise words to use every. single. day.)
  • Relax. Keep calm. Remember peace is essential to live your best.
  • Stay focused on what matters.
  • *Invite people to your table who will coach you with encouragement.

Make it a great day!
