Stress and worry is a reality in our world. It takes intentionality to look up from stress and worry to see the reality of the bigger picture.
It’s helpful to stop for a moment . . .
Be mindful of the Breath of Life. (Read John 6:33.)
Stop. Take time to be aware of the presence of God.
Be still and know. (Read Psalm 46:10.)
Stop. Let go of stressful thoughts.
Be confident in quietness. (Read Isaiah 30:15.)
Stop. Let go of thinking about impossibilities.
Be focused on possibilities. (Read Matthew 19:26.).
Stop. Give thanks for anything and everything.
Be grateful in it all. (Read I Thessalonians 5:18.).
Stop . Focus on the gift of the day.
Be filled with joy. (Read Isaiah 61:10.).
PERSPECTIVE . . .
