PERSPECTIVE . . . Calmness

Calmness is surprising in the midst of this worldwide crisis.
Calmness is possible.
Calmness is essential to navigate ongoing crisis.  The thing is . . . calmness . . .  comes from peace of mind.
Focus is key to managing it all.
There are so many layers of this crisis that we lose our focus as we try to keep updated on it all. In turn anxiety rises. Calmness is a wise investment for the immediate as well as in the long-term.
Ultimately, we need to take time to stop and put a pause on all the worrisome elements in this crisis.
We can pause and become calm by knowing God provides a way for humanity to be resilient and make it through every. single. day.
Put a pause on all the thoughts that are triggered by all the stuff going on.
Think on this: God is present. God is our refuge. God is our strength. God is ready to help.
In other words . . . humanity is not left alone in this . . . we can be calm because God is here in our world and offers more.
