Transformation In Impossibilities

Think On This . . .

~Tuesday is TableThink’s day to focus on best practices. It’s clear (more than ever) that individuals who work to develop best practices (healthy habits) and delete what’s not working (unhealthy habits) will find fulfillment and live their best.
The best practice of seeing the more of God allows us to navigate the impossible and hard situations of life.

It happened years ago . . .
My doctor made it clear that I needed to leave my job for the sake of my health.  I did not want to do it.  I wanted to persevere and make a difference right where I was at.  I did not see that there could be any other place for me.  As I prayed, asking God about what could be possible in the impossible, a big butterfly hovered at the window.  It was not the season or environment for a butterfly to be out. You can give me all the reasons this may have occurred; however, it became a revelation and a reminder that the with-God life is ultimately about transformation, which is an amazing gift.

The impossible is really not the issue but rather seeing the possibilities of God’s more.
Because.
We are transformed when we focus on the possibilities in the impossibilities.

When we find ourselves in the impossible of life . . . we have the opportunity to rely on God . . . more than at any other time. Our perspective and ultimately our reality is transformed when we realize there’s nothing to be done but to surrender it all and trust God to be in control.

Perspective . . .

Jesus explained God’s more:  “With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26, NASB).
